Some inadequacies and shortcomings in the implementation of the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration

The enforcement of the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration has revealed some inadequacies and shortcomings which have detrimental effects on the effectiveness of commercial arbitration. It is necessary to complete the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration in order to improve the effectiveness of commercial dispute resolution by commercial arbitration. This paper points out some inadequacies and shortcomings in the implementation of the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration, and proposes some solutions to complete this law.
