The time limit for agricultural land use and the maximum allocation of agricultural land use - some legal issues and shortcomings

Land accumulation and concentration for developing modern agricultural production are important issues that the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam have paid special attention to. This paper points out the legal issues of the time limit for agricultural land use and the maximum allocation of agricultural land use, and impacts of these issues on the land accumulation and concentration for the development of agricultural production. This paper also points out some shortcomings of current regulations and makes some recommendations to improve regulations relating to these issues.
