The relationship between the legislation and the enforcement of law in the rule-of-law socialist of Vietnam

Abstract
Regulations on the relationship between the legislation and the enforcement of law, specifically the relationship of assignment, coordination and mutual control between these two branches of power. This relationship also depends on the political and polity regime of each country, and the effects of political party factors. This paper presents the current relationship between the legislation and the enforcement of law in Vietnam, and proposes some solutions to improve regulations on this relationship in the coming time.
