Handling intellectual property infringement in some countries: Lessons learnt for Vietnam

Abstract
This paper analyzes agencies which are responsible for handling intellectual property infringement in Germany, the US and Korea. This paper draws some lessons learnt and makes some suggestions for Vietnam to better handle intellectual property infringement.
