Promoting the socialist democracy in light of the 13th Party Congress

Abstract
Democracy has become a daily slogan in socio-political life around the world. This paper studies the theory of democracy which plays a great significance in orienting the way towards a brighter future of the whole human race, contributing to the successful struggle for peace, national independence, and national sovereignty, and establishing the order and equality in international relations, especially in the current context of globalization and international integration.
