The supervision role of the National Assembly over the enforcement of human right law

Abstract
In the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the National Assembly is the highest government organization and the highest-level representative body of the people. This paper analyzes the National Assembly’s function of supervising state agencies to ensure that state agencies strictly perform their duties and responsibilities, and to fight against the abuse of authority of state agencies when they enforce laws in general and human rights law in particular.
