The trend of using food ordering mobile appin the post-COVID-19 era

Abstract
Since the end of 2019, unprecedented global restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic have severely affected the global economy. Facing with COVID-19 restrictions including social distancing rules, restaurants in many countries including Vietnam have focused on takeout/delivery services instead of dine-in services. This shift have created changes in the customer behavior. However, in the context of the new normal, how will the demand for food ordering applications change? This paper analyzes the factors affecting the intention to continue using food ordering mobile applications and make recommendations for helping food ordering applications improve their revenues and support their customers.
