Current laws on social security for the elderly in Vietnam

Abstract
Laws on social security for the elderly is an important legal framework to ensure a stable, happy, healthy and meaningful life for the elderly. Appropriate legal policies on social security also motivate the elderly who are still healthy and want to continue working to devote themselves to the society and earn income. It also reduces the burden on society, and creates a healthy and joyful life for the elderly. This paper presents an overview of the law on social security for the elderly, analyzes the current state of the law and proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the law on social security for the elderly.
