Assessing the Job Satisfaction of Employees Working for Thuan Tien Garment Co., Ltd.

Abstract
This study identifies the factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees working for Thuan Tien Garment Co., Ltd. and the impact level of each factor. The study finds that four out of the seven analyzed factors directly affect employees' job satisfaction. These factors, listed in descending order of influence, are Income (β = 0.416), Colleagues (β = 0.362), Working Conditions (β = 0.182), and Leadership (β = 0.127). The findings provide a scientific basis for company leaders to formulate appropriate human resource policies to improve employees' job satisfaction in the coming time.
