Bài viết sơ lược về lịch sử quản lý nhà nước (QLNN) trong kinh doanh rượu nhập khẩu (RNK) của các nước trên thế giới, luận cứ và các quy định về QLNN trong kinh doanh RNK. Từ đó, bài viết đưa ra một số bài học kinh nghiệm cho Việt Nam trong vấn đề quản lý kinh doanh RNK.
