Exemption from liability for breach of contract - Inadequacies and recommendations for improvement

Abstract
In recent years, the role of regulations on the exemption from liability for breach of contract has been increasingly affirmed in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties in contractual relationships. However, both legal studies and practical implementation have revealed certain shortcomings in the current legal framework. This paper analyzes the existing inadequacies in the regulations governing the exemption from liability for breach of contract and, based on these findings, proposes several recommendations for improving the relevant legal provisions.
