Abstract
The handover of evidence by involved parties in the litigation process plays a key role in finding out the objective truth of civil cases and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the involved parties. Improving the legal provisions governing the handover of evidence by involved parties is essential to strengthening the legal framework for civil procedure, thereby supporting courts in effectively examining and resolving civil cases. This paper analyzes the current legal provisions on the handover of evidence by involved parties, identifies the achievements as well as the remaining shortcomings, and proposes solutions to further improve these legal provisions in the future.
