A study on the producing and environmental status of paper recycling craft village in Phong Khe ward and proposing technology solutions for sustainable development

Abstract
This study assesses the producing and environmental status of recycling paper of craft village and industrial branchs in Phong Khe ward, Bac Ninh city. The results show that there are 326 businesses with capacity of 250,000 tons/year (2020). The industrial branches 1 va 2 have 142 businesses with capacity of 70-100 tons/day, each of them buys steam from a steam producing company. Besides, 184 small businesses with capacity of 3-4 tons/day self-equip the boilers (steam capacity of 1-3 tons/h). Gas emission from boilers consisting dust, Hydrocacbon, CO2, CO, SO2 , SO3 và NOx causes air pollution. Waste water estimated 129,938 m3/year with toxic components such as detergent, colouring, turpentine, and alternative starch discharges into Ngu Huyen Khe and causes serious pollution. The operation of those boilers is less effective, non-safe, and poluted to local environment. In order to solve this problem, this study propose teachnology to help improving energy effect and protecting local environment.
