Mục đích của bài viết nhằm tìm kiếm, tổng hợp các nhân tố tác động đến tuân thủ thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp ở các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Bằng mô hình răn đe kinh tế, tác giả đã thu thập được các nhân tố tác động đến tuân thủ thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp, bao gồm: (i) Khả năng phát hiện của cơ quan thuế; (ii) Thuế suất; (iii) (iv) Xác suất kiểm toán, kiểm tra; (v) Mức phạt; (vi) Sự phức tạp của chính sách thuế; (vii) Tinh thần thuế; (viii) Công tác hỗ trợ, tuyên truyền, giáo dục thuế. Mặc dù, thông qua mô hình răn đe kinh tế đã tìm thấy được các nhân tố tác động đến tuân thủ thuế, tuy nhiên cần một nghiên cứu định lượng tiếp theo để xác định mức độ tác động của các nhân tố này.
