Discussion on the concept of state administrative institutions and reform of state administrative institutions

Abstract
Administrative reform is a major policy of the Party and State, the change to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state administrative apparatus. In which, administrative institutional reform is an activity aimed at perfecting the administrative institutional system, adjusting mechanisms and policies in line with the renovation period. This article discusses the concept of administrative institutions and the concept of state administrative reform.
