The notarys responsibility for damages recompense when a notarized document is declared null and void

Abstract
When a notarized document is declared to be invalid, a notary's liability for damages shall arise if there are grounds to believe that there was a violation by a notary during the process of notarization. The notary's liability to compensate for damage is a specific civil liability, which is set forth in the relationship between the notary and the notarization requester or other organization and individual related to the invalid notarized documents.
