Analysis of regulations on representatives of private enterprises

Abstract
Although a private enterprise is considered a type of enterprise without legal status, the legal representative of a private enterprise is regulated similarly to other types of enterprises with legal status, according to Article 12 of the Enterprise Law 2020. The article focuses on researching and analyzing the inadequacies in the contents related to the representative of a private enterprise under current legal regulations.
