Discussing labor relationship by labor contract in business administration as a limited company- in the legal science perspective

In this article, the author focuses on analyzing the current legal provisions to identify corporate governance positions in the private enterprise sector, which are limited liability companies placed in an employment relationship by an employment contract. On that basis, the article exchanges some views and proposes some recommendations.
