New points in the elaboration and promulgation of legal documents by the people's council and the people's committee under the law on promulgation of legal documents 2020

At the ninth session, the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on June 18, 2020, approved Law No. 63/2020/QH14 intending to amend and supplement many articles of the Law on promulgation of legal documents 2015. This law takes effect from January 1, 2021. With the passage of this law, some contents related to the system of legal documents have been adjusted as well as the development and promulgation of this type of document. In the article, the author mentions the adjustments related to legal documents promulgated by the People's Council and the People's Committee.
