Handling administrative violations of consumer rights

The Law on Protection of Consumers Rights in 2010 took effect on July 1, 2011. The law has contributed to protecting the interests of consumers in commercial activities. However, consumers' rights are still being violated in many different issues, especially issues relating to counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, warranty of goods, e-commerce, etc. This paper clarifies the rights of consumers in commercial activities and the provisions on handling violations of consumer rights.
