Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số và kinh tế tri thức phát triển nhanh, chia sẻ tri thức là yếu tố then chốt giúp tổ chức và cộng đồng duy trì năng lực cạnh tranh. Nghiên cứu xem xét các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi chia sẻ tri thức của lãnh đạo công nghệ thông tin (CNTT) tại Việt Nam, dựa trên lý thuyết trao đổi xã hội và vốn xã hội. Mô hình nghiên cứu gồm 3 yếu tố: niềm tin, lợi ích tương hỗ kỳ vọng và hỗ trợ hạ tầng công nghệ. Phân tích dữ liệu từ 118 lãnh đạo CNTT bằng mô hình SEM cho thấy, cả 3 yếu tố đều tác động tích cực, trong đó hạ tầng công nghệ là yếu tố mạnh nhất. Nghiên cứu góp phần làm rõ động lực chia sẻ tri thức và đề xuất giải pháp xây dựng nền tảng và môi trường chia sẻ hiệu quả hơn cho cộng đồng lãnh đạo CNTT Việt Nam.
