Nghiên cứu này xem xét vai trò trung gian của danh tiếng doanh nghiệp trong mối quan hệ giữa trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp và hình ảnh doanh nghiệp trên cơ sở lý thuyết trao đổi thông qua khảo sát 239 người tiêu dùng trong ngành mỹ phẩm ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Hà Nội. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, danh tiếng doanh nghiệp có vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp và hình ảnh doanh nghiệp. Trên cơ sở đó, kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, danh tiếng doanh nghiệp có vai trò quan trọng, từ đó đề xuất một số hàm ý nhằm nâng cao danh tiếng doanh nghiệp góp phần nâng cao hình ảnh doanh nghiệp.
