Tác động của trách nhiệm xã hội và truyền thông trách nhiệm xã hội tới hành vi mua sắm của người tiêu dùng tại siêu thị Hà Nội

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình hành vi có kế hoạch, xem xét mối quan hệ giữa trách nhiệm xã hội (CSR) và truyền thông trách nhiệm xã hội tới hành vi mua của người tiêu dùng tại siêu thị Hà Nội. Kết quả cho thấy mối liên hệ tích cực giữa CSR và truyền thông CSR ảnh hưởng tích cực đến hành vi mua hàng của khách hàng. Nghiên cứu này ủng hộ việc tăng cường các hoạt động truyền thông CSR bằng cách đưa ra bằng chứng có liên quan để nhà quản lý siêu thị và công chúng ủng hộ các sáng kiến CSR.
