Tác động của các yếu tố tới phát triển nguồn nhân lực tại các doanh nghiệp tại Thái Nguyên

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích các yếu tố tác động đến phát triển nguồn nhân lực trong các doanh nghiệp (DN) tại Thái Nguyên. Mẫu nghiên cứu bao gồm 402 lao động đang làm việc tại các DN trên địa bàn tỉnh. Sử dụng phương pháp Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) để phân tích dữ liệu, nghiên cứu đã kiểm định tác động của 4 yếu tố chính, bao gồm: môi trường làm việc, động lực trong công việc, sự công nhận và sự hỗ trợ từ phía DN. Kết quả cho thấy cả 4 yếu tố đều có tác động đáng kể đến sự phát triển nguồn nhân lực, trong đó môi trường làm việc có tác động mạnh nhất, tiếp theo là động lực trong công việc, sự công nhận và sự hỗ trợ từ DN. Dựa trên các kết quả thu được, nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực, bao gồm cải thiện môi trường làm việc, tạo động lực, gia tăng sự công nhận và cung cấp hỗ trợ từ phía DN. Những giải pháp này không chỉ góp phần vào sự phát triển bền vững của DN, mà còn nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh cho tỉnh Thái Nguyên trong quá trình hội nhập và phát triển kinh tế.
