Tác động của mạng xã hội đến ý định mua sản phẩm thời trang: Nghiên cứu thực nghiệm đối với người tiêu dùng thế hệ Z tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tác động của mạng xã hội đến ý định mua sản phẩm thời trang của người tiêu dùng thuộc thế hệ Z tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy mạng xã hội có tác động tích cực và đáng kể đến mức độ quan tâm của người tiêu dùng Gen Z đối với các sản phẩm thời trang, qua đó làm gia tăng ý định mua hàng. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra rằng các yếu tố như niềm tin, giá trị cảm nhận và rủi ro cảm nhận có vai trò ảnh hưởng đến mối quan hệ giữa mạng xã hội và ý định mua sản phẩm thời trang. Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp những hàm ý thực tiễn hữu ích cho các doanh nghiệp và nhà tiếp thị trong lĩnh vực thời trang tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh nói riêng và các địa phương khác nói chung, nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của việc khai thác hiệu quả mạng xã hội như một công cụ chiến lược nhằm nâng cao sự quan tâm của người tiêu dùng và thúc đẩy ý định mua sản phẩm thời trang của khách hàng thuộc thế hệ Z.
