Some Issues about Democracy in the Constitution of Vietnam

Abstract
This study analyzes some issues about democracy in the Constitution of Vietnam from 1946 to 2013 in order to understand the provisions on democracy in Vietnam’s constitutions and the development of democracy through each constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
