Abstract
This study analyzes the civil lawsuit settlement of the People's Court of Kinh Mon Town, Hai Duong province. The study points out some difficulties and obstacles in the settlement of civil cases at the Court in recent years. Based on the study's findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the efficiency of civil lawsuit settlement at the People's Court of Kinh Mon Town in the near future.
