Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chênh lệch lợi nhuận trước và sau kiểm toán của các doanh nghiệp đang niêm yết tại Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX).

Nghiên cứu sử dụng dữ liệu thu thập từ 150 doanh nghiệp niêm yết trên HNX trong giai đoạn 2017–2021 và áp dụng mô hình hồi quy Logit để phân tích.

Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các yếu tố có ảnh hưởng đến chênh lệch lợi nhuận giữa trước và sau kiểm toán bao gồm:

  • Quy mô tài sản của doanh nghiệp;
  • Đòn bẩy tài chính;
  • Công ty kiểm toán;
  • Lợi nhuận sau thuế trên vốn chủ sở hữu (ROE).

Những kết quả này cung cấp bằng chứng thực nghiệm hữu ích cho nhà đầu tư, doanh nghiệp và các cơ quan quản lý trong việc đánh giá chất lượng báo cáo tài chính cũng như nâng cao tính minh bạch của thông tin tài chính trên thị trường chứng khoán.
