Published: July 29, 2026
Abstract
Through surveying important customer groups, this paper analyzes the feasibility of a customer-centric business model for developing Energy as a Service (EaaS), as well as the factors affecting customer interest, willingness to pay, and the ability to mobilize private investment in renewable energy and energy services in Vietnam. Based on the research findings, the paper proposes several solutions to sustainably develop the Energy as a Service business model by improving energy efficiency and promoting the development of new service-based products in the context of climate change.
