Developing the Marketing Strategy for Revolution Brewing Joint Stock Company to Contribute to the "Vietnamese People Give Priority to Using Vietnamese Goods" Campaign

Abstract

It is necessary for every business to develop marketing strategies to strengthen its market position, achieve sustainable growth, bring its brand closer to customers, and increase profitability, especially when introducing new products and services. In the era of Industry 4.0, marketing activities continue to evolve toward more modern and effective approaches, contributing to improved business performance. Revolution Brewing Joint Stock Company was established shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic and, therefore, has not yet developed a comprehensive marketing strategy. Its supply chain management is still being built step by step while the company simultaneously develops production and distribution channels. The company's flagship product is Hoàng Sa - Trường Sa canned draft beer, the first canned draft beer produced in Vietnam. Unlike conventional industrial canned beers currently available on the market, this product represents a unique innovation. This paper aims to introduce the first "Made in Vietnam" canned draft beer to both domestic and international consumers, thereby contributing to the "Vietnamese People Give Priority to Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign.
