Factors Affecting the Engagement of Employees Working for Nhat Minh Design and Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Abstract

Human resources play a key role in the development of businesses. Business performance depends greatly on the engagement and dedication of employees to the common goals of the company. This study explores the factors affecting the engagement of employees working for Nhat Minh Design and Manufacturing Co., Ltd. by applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The findings indicate that six factors influence employee engagement. In descending order of importance, these factors are: (1) income; (2) rewards and welfare; (3) working environment; (4) promotion opportunities; (5) direct management; and (6) organizational culture. The study is expected to help the company identify effective solutions to enhance employee engagement and achieve sustainable development.
