Bài viết nghiên cứu khái niệm hành vi lên tiếng của người tiêu dùng, dựa trên việc tổng hợp, hệ thống hóa một số công trình nghiên cứu tiêu biểu về khái niệm hành vi lên tiếng của người tiêu dùng một cách logic, có tính kết nối. Từ đó, bài viết xác định một số khía cạnh chi tiết của khái niệm này, bao gồm: (1) tên gọi hành vi; (2) đối tượng hướng tới khi lên tiếng (lên tiếng với ai?); (3) nội dung lên tiếng (lên tiếng về vấn đề gì?); (4) kênh lên tiếng (lên tiếng ở đâu?); (5) hình thức lên tiếng (biểu hiện nội dung lên tiếng như thế nào?); và (6) động cơ/mục đích (lên tiếng vì điều gì?). Bài viết góp phần nâng cao hiểu biết về hành vi lên tiếng của người tiêu dùng, mang lại lợi ích cho cả doanh nghiệp và bản thân người tiêu dùng, đồng thời giúp các học giả cũng như những đối tượng quan tâm tiết kiệm thời gian, công sức và thuận lợi hơn khi tiếp cận, nghiên cứu về chủ đề này.
