Abstract
The process of evidence collection by courts in civil cases is governed by the 2015 Civil Procedure Code and the 2014 Law on Court Organization (amended and supplemented in 2024). This study examined the practical application of these legal provisions in evidence collection, identifying key challenges and limitations in current practices. Based on this analysis, the study offered recommendations to enhance the legal framework, aiming to improve the effectiveness and fairness of evidence collection in civil proceedings.
