Abstract
Household land use remains a contentious issue, with ongoing debates surrounding the interpretation and practical application of land law, particularly in the context of land disputes. This study provides an in-depth analysis of household land, clarifying the criteria for defining household land, the conditions for determining family members who share land use rights, and the rights of these members under the 2024 Law on Land. Based on this analysis, the study offers key considerations for the effective application of regulations pertaining to household land use, aiming to improve the clarity and fairness of land rights allocation within families.
