A study on Vietnam’s regulatory guidance documents

Abstract
According to the 2015 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents (amended and supplemented in 2020), the assignment and promulgation of regulatory guidance documents are done by many entities with different types of legal documents. This group of legal documents plays a key role, supporting major legal documents in the state management. This is a group of legal documents with a very important role, supporting the main legal documents in the processes of state management and society.
