The necessity to establish an international judicial institution to adjudicate cybercrime and some rising issues

The information technology environment plays an increasingly important role in international relations. In international cooperation, it is essential to create a legal structure to manage the information and communication technology environment and ensure the international information security. One of the current global challenges is cybercrime and incidents caused by illegal activities on the Internet. However, in most cases, existing opportunities for legal assistance and international cooperation in the fight against cybercrime are inadequate. Therefore, it is necessary to have a common vision or compromise on the legal basis of the information and communication technology environment, and harmonize laws to regulate activities in the information technology and communication environment in general, on the Internet in particular. This study is to deliberate the necessity to establish an international judicial institution to adjudicate cybercrime and some rising issues.
