Thử nghiệm định lượng (Pilot test) tác động nhận thức trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp đến kết quả công việc nhân viên: Nghiên cứu tại các doanh nghiệp sản xuất thuốc bảo vệ thực vật tại Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện tại các doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực sản phẩm thuốc bảo vệ thực vật tại khu vực Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, Việt Nam, với mục tiêu đánh giá tác động của nhận thức về trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp (PCSR) lên kết quả công việc của nhân viên (EWR). Nghiên cứu tập trung vào 3 yếu tố: kết quả định hướng nhiệm vụ (IRTP), hành vi công dân ở mức độ cá nhân (OCB-I) và hành vi công dân ở mức độ tổ chức (OCB-O), thông qua vai trò trung gian của niềm tin tổ chức (OT) và vai trò điều tiết của danh tiếng tổ chức (OR). Bằng việc kiểm định pilot test 100 mẫu với các hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA, CFA qua công cụ SPSS và AMOS phiên bản 4.2, kết quả cho thấy nhận thức PCSR của nhân viên có tác động tích cực đến hiệu quả công việc (EWR) thông qua niềm tin tổ chức (OT). Kết quả thử nghiệm cũng phần nào làm rõ tác động điều tiết của danh tiếng tổ chức (OR) đối với mối quan hệ giữa PCSR và niềm tin tổ chức (OT). Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp góc nhìn hữu ích cho các nhà quản lý doanh nghiệp về ảnh hưởng của nhận thức trách nhiệm xã hội và vai trò trung gian của niềm tin tổ chức đối với hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên. Điều này giúp các lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp có cơ sở để điều chỉnh chiến lược, nhằm đạt được mục tiêu đề ra. Tuy nhiên, đây mới là quá trình Pilot test nên mới cung cấp nhìn nhận sơ bộ về tác động của nhận thức CSR đến hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên, giúp tối ưu hóa mô hình và các công cụ đo lường. Hy vọng nghiên cứu chính thức sẽ đạt được kết quả chính xác và tin cậy cao.
