Vietnam’s business acquisitions and mergers laws: Legal perspective from the U.S. regulations

Abstract
This study examined the legal framework governing business acquisitions and mergers (M&A) in Vietnam from the perspective of economic concentration management. The study also offered actionable recommendations to enhance the legal framework of M&A and promote fair competition in the Vietnamese market.
