New provisions and points of the Law on Land 2024 on sea encroachment and some recommendations

Abstract
This study delved into the recent amendments to Vietnam's Law on Land 2024 pertaining to sea encroachment activities. By meticulously examining the new provisions, the study proposed recommendations to further refine the law governing sea encroachment, ensuring its alignment with environmental protection and national sustainable development goals.
