Divorce under Vietnamese law: Current situation and solution

Abstract
This study examined Vietnam's legal framework for divorce, identifying gaps and challenges in the current system. It proposed social solutions and recommends the introduction of legal provisions on legal separation. These measures aim to improve the effectiveness of conflict resolution, reduce hasty divorces, and enhance the overall coherence of Vietnam's marriage and family laws.
