Enhancing the legal framework for business establishments to meet the demands for improving the investment and business environment

Abstract
Vietnam has made significant strides in improving its legal framework for business establishment. However, remaining regulatory deficiencies hinder business freedom and economic development. This study analyzed these shortcomings and proposed solutions to enhance the legal framework, fostering a more conducive investment climate and ensuring market integrity.
