The role, functions and tasks of the Court in protecting human rights in the criminal justice in Vietnam

Abstract
In the context of increasingly developing society and deep international integration, the protection of human rights has become one of the top important tasks of state agencies. Especially in the field of criminal justice, the court plays a central role in ensuring that human rights are implemented and protected effectively and fairly. This paper analyzed the role, functions, and tasks of the court in protecting human rights in the field of criminal justice. It also gave some suggestive comments on this litigation activity.
