The circular economy policies of some countries in Southeast Asia and recommendations for Vietnam

Abstract
The circular economy model is becoming an inevitable development trend in countries around the world to achieve sustainable development when natural resources are gradually depleted. The circular economy is the solution to the problems between economic growth and environmental protection. This paper analyzes the circular economy policies of some countries in Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Based on the paper’s findings, five groups of solutions are proposed to develop a circular economy in Vietnam.
