77. Impacts of Organic Fertilizer on the Biological Efficiency of Ganoderma lucidum Grown in the Rubber Sawdust Substrate

Ganoderma lucidum, a medicinal mushroom, is grown in many places and it is a common medicinal herb in Vietnam. In this study, the substrate for growing this mushroom is rich in cellulose like rubber sawdust. The use of rubber sawdust as substrate for growingGanoderma lucidum contributes to solving environmental pollution, and to increasing the economic benefits of farmers. This study tests the supplement of organic fertilizers including vermicompost and cow manure to the the rubber sawdust substrate at different ratios (0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12%) to calculate the mass fresh fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidumand B.E (%). The study is also to find the appropriate supplement proportion of organic fertilizer to produce high-yielding Ganoderma lucidummushroom fruit bodies in 300 grams of embryo bags.
