71. An Overview of Soluble Fiber and Insoluble Fiber in Food

Abstract

Dietary fiber has many health benefits. However, the classification of fiber still faces some difficulties. This paper presents an overview on the dietary fiber from vegetables. This paper aims to introduce and classify dietary fiber, and summarize some organizations' suggestions regarding dietary fiber consumption.
