This study explored the factors affecting the decision to choose fabric suppliers of garment export enterprises in Vietnam. The study used quantitative research methods, including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and ANOVA to evaluate the effects of each factor on the decision to choose fabric suppliers. SPSS 29.0 software was used to analyze the collected data. Based on the findings, the study proposed several recommendations for fabric suppliers and Vietnamese garment export enterprises to improve business performance and contribute to the development of the textile and garment industry
