4. The Joint Stock Company’s Board of Controllers under the 2020 Law on Enterprises

Abstract
One of the important internal corporate management issues is the establishment of the
company’s organizational and management apparatus, including the Board of Controllers. This
paper clarifies some issues about the establishment, authority and operation of the Board of
Controllers in joint-stock companies. The paper also analyzes the 2020 Law on Enterprises’
regulations and proposes solutions to strengthen the role of the Board of Controllers in joint stock
companies.
