Research on factors affecting business performance of business households in Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city

This study used the quantitative regression research method with a data set collected from 168 business owners in Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi. The study’s proposed research model was built on the basis of a theoretical framework based on the source and institutional theories. This model was used to explore the factors affecting the business performance of business households. The study’s results showed that factors of support policies, tax policies, fnancial resources, human resources, and the facilities of business households all have positive impacts on the business performance of business households. Based on the study’s fndings, some solutions were proposed to help business households and state management agencies improve the business performance of business households and then better contribute to local economic development.
