Phân tích tác động của quyền chọn thực đến hiệu quả dự án đầu tư

Có nhiều giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả các dự án đầu tư, trong đó có quyền chọn thực (Real option). Để là rõ vấn đề này, bằng phương pháp định tính, bài viết sẽ đi sâu phân tích tác động của quyền chọn thực đến hiệu quả dự án đầu tư. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy quyền chọn thực: quyền từ bỏ dự án trước hạn, quyền chọn thời gian thực hiện dự án, quyền mở rộng dự án, mỗi loại quyền chọn đều có một giá trị, có thể làm tăng giá trị của toàn bộ dự án. Do vậy, nghiên cứu có ý nghĩa làm cơ sở cho các doanh nghiệp, các ngân hàng thương mại, các cơ quan quản lý có quyết định đầu tư có hiệu quả.
