Abstract
This study assesses the current state of artificial intelligence application capabilities at Song Hong Mortar and Adhesive Company Limited. Based on a survey of 40 employees and an analysis of secondary data from company reports, the study identifies four key dimensions of the company’s artificial intelligence application capabilities: data capability, technological capability, human resource capability, and management capability. The findings indicate that the company has made initial progress in applying digital technologies to production and business management; however, its maturity in data management and artificial intelligence application remains at an early stage. Accordingly, the study proposes measures to improve data infrastructure, enhance human resource training, and develop an artificial intelligence application strategy aligned with the specific characteristics of the construction materials industry.
